 Informatics with character ...

... means for us openness, honesty and transparency from the first contact.
This is essential for us to have a trusty and respectful cooperation with all involved people in the project and have fun.
These values, coupled with experience and structured procedures, are the foundation
for us and you to have a successful project progression.

During the offer or feasibility stage we decompose the project (top-down
principle) already in small, predictable steps to deliver the desired system

  • in certified quality
  • within the agreed time
  • to the negotiated price

It is necessary to dismantle the desired functionlaities in individually assessable and disassemble testable requirements. This makes the project more transparent and easier to calculate for all participants. The phase of specification is often very time consuming, but useful and justified. For more complex systems, it is necessary to anticipate a feasibility study in order not to have to stop during the specification phase, or to cancel right in time. This is a good way of minimizing risk.

Our phase model of development is made up of the following three main areas:

At the beginning of a development process, the customer is increasingly involved in the phases order, feasibility and specification in the form of document creation and reviews. He provides at least a load heft. These are formal phases.    In the central part of the development process with the phases design, implementation and testing is carried out in very agile cycles and the customer has only a passive role. He is informed of project status reports. The formal part is limited to developer documentation.    At the end of the development process, the customer is involved active again in the cycles inspection and maintenance. Test specifications, acceptance documents and project documentation are playing a major role. Formal aspects occur again to the fore.

The development process of BfSE concretely describes the approach in projects, so that the processes in the individual phases are established and can be reproduced. This significantly increases efficiency and quality, which in turn has a very positive effect on time and cost.
